SHIPPING POLICY 

1：PROCESSING TIME

All Kigurumi products are handmade custom items.
Production takes 30-150business days after order confirmation.

2：SHIPPING TIME

After shipment, international delivery usually takes:

 

- USA / Europe: 7–15 days

- Asia: 7-10days
Delivery time depends on customs clearance and local logistics.

3：SHIPPING METHOD

We use registered international air mail / commercial shipping channels.
All orders include official tracking numbers for full tracking.

4：SHIPPING FEE

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping offers will be clearly marked on product pages or campaigns.

5：CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX

International orders may incur import duties or customs fees. All customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

6：SHIPPING PROTECTION

We use thick bubble wrap and hard box packaging to protect handmade products.

IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS:

- Please provide unboxing video + photos within 24 hours

- We offer free repair, replacement or compensation according to the situation

7：ADDRESS MODIFICATION 

Once the order is shipped, no address changes are allowed. Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.

8：SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

Handmade production, international shipping and customs procedures may cause slight delays. Minor delays do not support refund or dispute.
