Kigurumi head shells are handmade custom items. No free return or exchange once production has started.

 

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item arrives broken or with major manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with unboxing video and photos for verification. We will offer solutions including repair or accessory replacement after assessment.

 

 

- Change of mind, wrong size estimation, dissatisfaction with appearance, order cancellation after production begins

 

- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after receiving parcel 

 

- Damage caused by human modification, repainting or normal wearing wear

 

 

For confirmed product quality issues, shipping cost will be discussed mutually. For non-defect returns, buyer bears all shipping fees and customs duties both ways. 

 

 

4. Returned goods must be in original condition. Modified, damaged or stained items will be rejected.
