All orders including Kigurumi headshells, cosplay costumes and accessories are shipped by international air freight via DHL, FedEx or UPS. We only provide air shipping service, no sea or ground transportation.

All packages have been clearly declared in accordance with the law to ensure smooth customs clearance. A valid tracking number will be provided after shipment to monitor the status throughout the process.
