These Terms of Service govern your access to and all purchases made on the DOLLABYSS website. By browsing, registering an account, placing any order or completing checkout, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules written below. If you disagree with any clause, you are not permitted to use our website or buy our products.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1. You must be at least 18 years old or reach the legal age of majority in your country/region to make purchases.
2. You promise to submit real, accurate and complete personal information during ordering, including full name, valid shipping address and correct contact methods.
3. You shall not use our goods or website services for illegal, infringing or unauthorized purposes.
2. Product Description & Custom Item Explanation
1. All Kigurumi head shells and handmade goods sold in our store are made-to-order custom products. Every piece is handmade and unique, with minor manual texture differences allowed.
2. Pictures, videos and color samples on product pages are for reference only. Slight color deviation caused by screen display, ambient light and hand painting shall not be regarded as quality defects.
3. We reserve the right to revise product descriptions, prices and specifications without prior notice. All confirmed orders will be produced according to details confirmed at checkout.
4. Except clearly officially licensed IP merchandise, all anime/game themed custom products are fan-made cosplay items, not official authorized goods.
3. Payment Regulations
1. We accept payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and WorldFirst. Full payment must be finished before production starts.
2. All listed prices do not include international import duties, local consumption taxes or brokerage fees unless specially marked.
3. Once payment is confirmed, the order enters our production queue. Partial payment installment plans need written official agreement from our customer service team.
4. Order Production, Cancellation & Modification Rules
1. Standard handmade production cycle lasts 7–20 business days after full payment confirmation.
2. Order cancellation:
- Before production begins: Full refund is available.
- Once production starts: No order cancellation or full refund is allowed. Partial refund will be deducted according to finished production cost if buyers insist on stopping the project.
3. Any changes to size, makeup design, accessories or shipping address must be submitted before production starts. No revision will be approved once crafting begins. After shipment, delivery address cannot be altered at all.
5. Shipping & Customs Liability
1. We arrange international logistics with official tracking numbers after production is finished. Estimated delivery time is only for reference, affected by customs clearance and local postal efficiency.
2. Buyers are fully responsible for all import tariffs, customs clearance charges and local taxes generated in destination countries.
3. We provide thick shockproof packaging for fragile handmade head shells. If package arrives damaged, buyers must submit complete unboxing videos and clear photos within 24 hours upon receipt for after-sales verification.
6. Return, Refund & Warranty Rules
All return and refund activities strictly follow our independent Return & Refund Policy:
1. Custom handmade products cannot be returned or refunded simply for personal dislike, improper size selection or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
2. We only provide free repair, replacement or partial compensation for confirmed serious manufacturing defects or shipping damage with valid complete proof materials.
3. Normal tiny handmade traces, slight color difference and subtle texture gaps belong to normal craft features and are not covered by quality after-sales service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
1. All original designs, logos, hand-painted patterns and website content of DOLLABYSS are protected by copyright. No copying, reselling, counterfeiting or commercial reproduction is permitted without written authorization.
2. Customers shall not use purchased products for illegal shooting, public performance that violates third-party portrait rights or copyright regulations.
8. Website Usage Prohibited Behaviors
Users are forbidden from conducting the following actions:
- Hacking, malicious attack, crawler data scraping or destroying website system security
- Posting illegal, violent, pornographic, fraudulent or infringing content on our comment area
- Using our products and services to violate local national laws and regulations
- Fraudulent payment disputes and malicious chargebacks without valid quality evidence
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain hyperlinks to external platforms including social media and logistics websites. DOLLABYSS takes no responsibility for the content, security and privacy policies of those third-party websites. You access external links entirely at your own risk .
10. DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY
Your personal purchase information is managed in accordance with our independent Privacy Policy. We will never sell or trade your private data to irrelevant commercial third parties.
11. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Our website operates on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the website will run uninterrupted, error-free at all times.
2. DOLLABYSS shall not compensate for indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption and mental damage caused by normal production delay, international logistics hold-up or personal improper use of products.
3. We are not liable for any injury risks brought by improper self-modification, wrong wearing or private secondary processing of our Kigurumi head shells.
12. POLICY REVISION RIGHT
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised clauses will take effect immediately after being published on our Shopline official page. Continuous use of the website means you accept the latest updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW & CONTACT INFORMATION
