1. Usage Restrictions

1：This link is exclusively for customers who have paid matching deposit and finished mask production. Balance orders without corresponding deposit will be canceled and never shipped.

2：Balance calculation: Balance = Total mask price − Paid deposit. The listed price is a general entry, please contact customer service to adjust the exact amount before checkout, do not pay blindly.

3：Balance includes remaining product fee, international shipping, thick protective packaging and customs declaration supplies, no hidden charges.

2. Payment & Confirmation Process

1:Only pay the balance after you fully check all finished mask photos and confirm makeup, eye shape, size and design meet your requirements.

2:Minor free revisions are available if you are unsatisfied with small details before balance payment. Large-scale remaking will charge extra labor fees, pay balance only after all revisions are confirmed.

3：After balance payment received, we will pack and ship within 24–48 hours, full tracking number will be sent to your shop message and email immediately.

4：Double-check your shipping country, address, postcode and contact info before payment. Any lost or returned package caused by wrong address is buyer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping, After-sales & Return Policy

1：Custom kig mask is handmade personalized item. No free return, refund or rejection without quality issues after full payment and shipment.

2：Please record a full unboxing video within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. If the mask is crushed or broken during transit, free repair parts or repair guide will be provided with valid unboxing footage.

3:Damage caused by delayed claim, missing unboxing video, man-made collision or self-modification is not covered by after-sales service, no resupply, repair or refund available.

4:We will assist you to claim compensation from logistics provider if package lost or stuck for long period, follow up based on logistics claim progress.

4. Extra Reminders

1: Balance payment only accepted via official shop link. Offline money transfer has no platform order record, cannot be protected for damage or loss.

2：No large redesign or remaking requests will be accepted after balance payment completed, production cycle is fully closed.

3：Delivery time varies by country, customs clearance time is out of our control, all import duties shall be borne by the recipient.
