After payment, our support will send you an order confirmation form with all custom details & shipping address. Please double‑check and confirm. Production will only start after your confirmation. Production schedule will be postponed if you fail to confirm in time.
3. Production Lead Time
Production takes 30-60 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Lead time starts from the day you confirm your order, excluding communication & revision waiting time. Slight delay may occur due to order volume. Production updates will be provided. Refund request based on production time will not be accepted.
4. Final Video Verification
Once finished, we will send multi‑angle verification video showing appearance, makeup, vision and inner lining. Please check carefully and pay balance upon approval. Only objective manufacturing defects qualify for free adjustment. Subjective opinions on makeup or face shape are not regarded as quality issues.
5. Packing & Shipping
Goods will be packed with shock‑absorbing foam and heavy‑duty carton once full balance is received. Tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Shipping risk is borne by logistics carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting package upon delivery.
6. Receipt & Sign‑off
Please open and inspect package on‑site upon arrival. Take photos/videos and contact us immediately if shipping damage occurs. No after‑sales support for shipping damage reported after package is signed for. Custom handmade item is non‑returnable without objective manufacturing defects.
