RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

一 PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE NOTICE

All Kigurumi head shells in our store are handmade custom products. Every piece is unique and made according to customer orders.

二 NON-RETURNABLE SITUATION

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases

1. Changed mind after ordering.

2. Minor handmade differences, tiny texture marks, and slight color difference caused by lighting or monitor display

3. Unsuitable size or personal preference after receiving.

4. Production has started or finished.

三 ELIGIBLE AFTER-SALES SITUATION

We support free repair, replacement or partial refund only for:

1. Serious production defects (crack, broken structure, wrong painted design). 

2. Shipping damage (need unboxing video and photos within 24 hours after delivery).

四 ORDER CANCELLATION RULE

- Before production: Full refund available.

- After production starts: No cancellation or refund.

五 RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the package.

2. Provide clear photos or unboxing video for verification.

3. We will confirm the problem and arrange repair, replacement or refund.

六 FINAL EXPLANATION

All handmade products allow reasonable handmade minor differences, which will not affect normal wearing and use. These are not quality problems.
