1. Wearing Experience

Q: Is vision clear inside the mask? Will it fog up?

A: Built-in eye holes for clear sight. Fogging may occur; anti-fog stickers are recommended.

Q: Is the mask breathable? Can I wear it for hours?

A: Air vents on mouth & nose. It gets hot easily, take breaks every 1–2 hours.

Q: Can I wear glasses under the mask?

A: Most masks fit regular glasses. Contact us first if you have thick frames.

2. Size Compatibility Category

Q: Is this mask one-size-fits-all? What head circumference fits?

A: Standard size fits 54–58cm. Contact us for large head size inquiry.

Q: Will it slip if I have a small head?

A: Adjustable elastic straps inside to prevent slipping.

3. Custom Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship in-stock masks? Can I customize a face design?

A: Currently, we have no stock. The production cycle is within 150 working days. Custom designs need to be inquired about separately.

4. After-sales Returns and Exchanges

Q: If I don't like the mask or it doesn't fit, can I return it?

A: Handmade items cannot be returned.

Q: What if the mask arrives damaged or with missing parts?

A: Send package & defect photos with order number within 24 hours, we resupply parts or refund fully.
