Kigurumi custom mask deposit link

1：This link only charges 80% of the total amount as a deposit. It will reserve your production slot, raw materials, and 3D mold production after paying the deposit, a dedicated deposit card will be mailed to you.

2：One deposit corresponds to one single mask order only. It cannot be transferred, split or used for other designs or other buyers.

3：Offline transfer, private money transfer are not accepted. All deposits must be paid through this official shop link, your platform order record is the only valid proof for after-sales support.

2. Complete Custom Production Process

1：After paying the deposit, please contact customer service immediately and submit your height, weight, and head circumference.

2：Standard design and production cycle: 30-150 working days. The production cycle does not include international shipping, holidays, and customs clearance delays

3：We will send progress photos during the production process. Once the mask is finished, sanded, and beautifully painted, we will send a set of photos of the finished product your final acceptance.

4：After you confirm the finished mask, pay the remaining balance via our dedicated balance link. We will arrange delivery only after full payment is cleared.

3. Deposit Refund & Abandoned Order Policy (Critical)

1：Before the order is produced, if you cancel the order, you can apply for a full refund of the deposit with no handling fees.

2：If the order has incurred labor, material, or mold costs, the deposit will not be refunded, and no refund requests will be accepted for any

3：After the actual photos of the finished product are sent, the deadline for paying the remaining balance is 7 natural days; if the balance is not paid within the limit, it will be considered an active cancellation of the order, the order will be voided directly, the paid deposit will not be refunded, and the finished product and production will not be reserved.

4：If you unilaterally make significant changes to the character design or replace all styles midway through production, an additional redesign fee will be charged, and the original deposit will not deducted from the price difference for the redesign.

4. Extra Notes

1：If we are unable to produce due to material shortages, we can issue a full refund of your deposit, or keep your order on hold and wait for the rest.

2：Deposit only secures your production queue, not a finished in-stock mask, you need to wait the full production cycle.
