Kigurumi Headshell Care Guide

Your resin kigurumi headshell is hand-painted artwork. Proper care keeps the paint finish beautiful for years.

✅ Wearing Tips

1. Wear an inner face cover before putting on the headshell. It protects the resin and paint from sweat and skin oil.

2. Do NOT wear continuously for too long. Take a break every 40–60 minutes for safe breathing.

3. Avoid heavy squeezing or impact. Resin may crack under hard collision.

✅ Cleaning Instructions

1. Dust: Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth. Do NOT use paper tissue, it can scratch the painted surface.

2. Fingerprints & light grease: Use microfiber cloth slightly dampened with clean water. For tough stains, use a tiny amount of mild soap, then dry immediately with soft cloth.

3. ❌ Never use alcohol, acetone, makeup remover, disinfectant or strong chemical cleaners. Solvents will damage or strip the paint.

✅ Storage Guide

1. Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight & high heat (heaters, hot cars). Heat causes paint fading and resin deformation.

2. Place the headshell upright. Do not stack heavy items on top. A dedicated head stand is recommended.

3. For long-term storage, keep it in a dust bag.

✅ Additional Notes

- Keep away from perfume, hairspray and makeup. Their chemical ingredients harm the paint.

- Do not sand or repaint the shell by yourself, it will ruin the original hand painting.

- Wrap with bubble wrap during transport. Give extra protection to eye lenses and protruding head accessories.
